Forfeiture of any store credits, promotional balances, or loyalty rewards
Permanent ban from future purchases on the Site
Reporting of suspected illegal activity to local, state, federal, or international law enforcement authorities
Reporting of suspected anti-doping violations to WADA, USADA, or the applicable sports governing body
Pursuit of all available civil and criminal legal remedies, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorneys' fees and costs
VMAX Peptides reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the prosecution of users who violate this policy or any applicable law.
7. Monitoring & Investigation
VMAX Peptides reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor use of this Site and purchases for compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate any suspected violation and take any action we deem appropriate, including gathering information from the involved parties, accessing and preserving relevant data, and disclosing information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as necessary.

8. Reporting Violations
