Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase from K&E Trading Limited, trading as VMAX Peptides ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. This policy forms part of and is subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Due to the nature of our products — research-grade peptides and related laboratory supplies — and the strict quality control and storage requirements necessary to ensure product integrity, VMAX Peptides operates a strict case-by-case return policy at our sole and absolute discretion.
We are under no obligation to accept returns, issue refunds, or provide store credit for any order. Any return authorization, refund, or credit issued by VMAX Peptides is provided as a courtesy and does not establish a precedent, entitlement, or obligation for future transactions.
You may submit a return request only if all of the following conditions are met:
Meeting these conditions does not guarantee approval. All return requests are evaluated individually at the sole discretion of VMAX Peptides, and we reserve the right to deny any return request for any reason.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions. Do not return any product without a valid RMA number — unauthorized returns will be refused and discarded.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. VMAX Peptides does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping expenses under any circumstances, including in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Returned products must be shipped using a trackable shipping method with insurance. VMAX Peptides is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us. We strongly recommend using the same carrier and service level as the original shipment to protect product integrity.
Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging with appropriate temperature protection. Products that arrive at our facility in a compromised state (opened, damaged, improperly packaged, or temperature-degraded) will not be eligible for any refund or credit, and VMAX Peptides is not obligated to return such products to the buyer.
If a return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition as determined solely by VMAX Peptides, we will issue either a refund to the original payment method or a store credit, at our sole discretion. The buyer does not get to choose the form of the refund.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to process the refund and reflect it in your account. VMAX Peptides is not responsible for delays in refund processing by third-party payment providers.
If store credit is issued, it will be applied to your VMAX Peptides account and can be used toward future purchases. Store credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no expiration date unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance. VMAX Peptides reserves the right to revoke store credits in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective (e.g., broken vial, compromised seal on arrival), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@vmaxpeptides.com with:
VMAX Peptides will review damage claims on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. We reserve the right to request that damaged products be returned before any resolution is provided. Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery will constitute acceptance of the product in its delivered condition, and no claims will be accepted after this period.
VMAX Peptides is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has left our facility. See our Shipping Policy for details on risk of loss and transfer of title.
If you receive an incorrect product (wrong item or wrong quantity), please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will review the claim and may, at our sole discretion, arrange for the correct product to be shipped or issue a refund or store credit. VMAX Peptides' liability for incorrect orders is limited to the value of the affected product(s) only.
You may be required to return the incorrect item(s) before a replacement is shipped. Return shipping in such cases may be covered by VMAX Peptides at our discretion.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Sales@vmaxpeptides.com. Cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.
VMAX Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory shortages, or failure to verify payment. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. VMAX Peptides shall not be liable for any additional damages, losses, or costs resulting from our cancellation of an order.
If you have an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at Sales@vmaxpeptides.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with VMAX Peptides may result in: suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any pending store credits, being banned from future purchases, and pursuit of all available legal remedies to recover the disputed amount plus associated fees and costs. VMAX Peptides reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to the appropriate authorities.
By placing an order with VMAX Peptides, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VMAX Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your return or attempted return of any products; any claims related to product quality, efficacy, or fitness for a particular purpose; any misuse of products, including but not limited to human or animal consumption; or any violation of this policy or our Terms & Conditions.
All products sold by VMAX Peptides are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. VMAX Peptides expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VMAX Peptides does not warrant that any product will meet your specific research requirements or expectations, nor does it warrant that products are suitable for any particular application.
No oral or written information or advice given by VMAX Peptides, its employees, or representatives shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this policy.
This Refund & Return Policy and any disputes arising from or related to returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms & Conditions.
VMAX Peptides reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is the buyer's responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website and placement of orders after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If any provision of this Refund & Return Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
