Please read these Affiliate Program Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before applying to or participating in the affiliate program (the "Program") operated by K&E Trading Limited, trading as VMAX Peptides ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an affiliate application, ticking the acceptance box at registration, or promoting VMAX Peptides using an affiliate link or coupon code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form part of and are subject to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Research Disclaimer. "Affiliate," "you," and "your" refer to the person or entity enrolled in the Program.
The following commercial terms apply to the standard affiliate group. Where your Affiliate Portal displays different figures for your account, the figures in your Affiliate Portal apply.
To participate in the Program you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), legally able to enter into a binding contract, and able to receive payment through one of the methods listed above.
All applications are reviewed manually. Acceptance into the Program is at the sole and absolute discretion of VMAX Peptides, and we may decline or revoke any application at any time without stating a reason. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep it updated in your Affiliate Portal.
Do not publish or share any affiliate link or coupon code until your Affiliate Portal shows your account status as "Approved". Links and codes shared before approval do not track, no commission will be credited for any resulting sales, and no retroactive attribution will be applied.
Only one affiliate account is permitted per person or entity. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
When a visitor arrives at vmaxpeptides.com via your Affiliate Link, a first-party tracking cookie is set in their browser for 30 days. If that visitor completes an order while the cookie is active, the order is attributed to you. Where a visitor has clicked more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click is credited. Orders placed using your Coupon Code are attributed to you regardless of cookie status.
Tracking depends on the visitor's browser and device accepting cookies. VMAX Peptides is not responsible for Referrals that are not recorded due to cookies being blocked, cleared, or expired, browser privacy features, ad blockers, or the visitor completing their purchase on a different device. We do not manually attribute orders after the fact, and the data recorded in our affiliate system is final and conclusive as to attribution.
Commissions are calculated on the basis set out in Key Program Terms and are credited to your Affiliate Portal when an attributed order reaches "Processing" or "Completed" status. No Commission is payable, and any credited Commission will be reversed, for:
Where a partial refund is issued, the Commission is reduced proportionately. Where a refund or chargeback occurs after a Commission has been paid, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your next payout or invoice you for the amount, which is payable within 14 days.
Commissions become payable 30 days after the Qualified Sale (the holding period) and are paid monthly, provided your payable balance meets the minimum payout amount and we hold a valid tax form and payment details for you. Payment details must be entered accurately; we are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you have supplied, and bank or transfer fees charged by your receiving institution are your responsibility.
You are solely responsible for all taxes, levies, and reporting obligations arising from Commissions in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we may withhold tax from payouts. Commissions are exclusive of any VAT, GST, or sales tax, which you must not add to any invoice unless we have agreed to it in writing.
Any dispute regarding a payout must be raised in writing within 30 days of the payout date. Payouts not disputed within that period are deemed accepted.
This section is the core of the Program and is strictly enforced. Breach of any part of this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid Commissions.
You must not, in any content, communication, or medium:
Where you reference a product, you must include a clear research-use-only disclaimer substantially in the form: "For research use only. Not for human or animal consumption."
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to VMAX Peptides in every piece of content that includes an Affiliate Link or Coupon Code, in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and any equivalent law in your jurisdiction. Disclosures must be placed where they will be seen before the link or code (for example, "#ad", "#affiliate", or "This post contains affiliate links; I earn a commission on purchases"), must not be buried in hashtags, links, or "more" sections, and must be repeated in video and audio content.
You may promote VMAX Peptides on websites, blogs, newsletters to subscribers who have opted in, and social media accounts that you own or control, provided the content complies with these Terms and with the rules of the platform on which it appears. You must not:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your promotional activity complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service and advertising policies of each platform you use. Suspension or removal of your accounts by any platform is a matter between you and that platform; VMAX Peptides bears no responsibility for it and it does not excuse any breach of these Terms.
We may review any content in which you promote VMAX Peptides. On request, you must provide us with a copy of, or access to, that content and must remove or amend any content within 48 hours of our request. We may also require that you use only pre-approved creatives available in your Affiliate Portal.
All content you create or publish in connection with the Program is created by you, expresses your views alone, and is your sole responsibility. VMAX Peptides does not review, approve, endorse, or verify affiliate content before publication, does not adopt any statement made in it, and makes no representation as to the accuracy or lawfulness of any claim contained in it. No affiliate content constitutes a statement, advertisement, or representation by VMAX Peptides, and nothing in the Program authorises you to make any claim on our behalf. You must not present affiliate content as having been produced, reviewed, or approved by VMAX Peptides.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the VMAX Peptides name, logo, product images, and other creatives made available in your Affiliate Portal solely to promote VMAX Peptides under the Program. You must not alter our logo, product images, or lab reports; combine our marks with any other marks; or use our materials in any way not expressly permitted. All rights not granted are reserved. This licence ends automatically when your participation in the Program ends.
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship. You have no authority to make any representation, warranty, offer, or commitment on behalf of VMAX Peptides, and you must not hold yourself out as having such authority. Participation in the Program is non-exclusive for both parties.
We log the IP address, timestamp, referring URL, and landing page of every click and Referral. We may investigate any activity we consider suspicious, and may hold, reverse, or reject any Referral or Commission during an investigation. Our determination as to whether activity is fraudulent or in breach of these Terms is final. Where fraud or a material breach is established, all unpaid Commissions are forfeited and we may recover Commissions already paid.
We collect and process your name, contact details, payment details, tax documentation, and tracking data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never share the personal information of customers who purchase through your links, and your Affiliate Portal shows only anonymised order data. You must not attempt to identify, contact, or collect data about customers referred through the Program, and you must comply with all applicable privacy and data-protection laws in your own promotional activity.
These Terms take effect when we approve your application and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time by written notice; we may terminate immediately and without notice for any breach of the Promotional Conduct section, suspected fraud, or conduct we consider harmful to VMAX Peptides.
On termination you must immediately stop using all Affiliate Links, Coupon Codes, and VMAX Peptides materials and remove them from all content you control. Commissions on Qualified Sales made before termination will be paid in the ordinary course, subject to the holding period, unless termination is for breach or fraud, in which case all unpaid Commissions are forfeited. The Commissions & Exclusions, Research Use Only, Intellectual Property, Fraud, Data & Privacy, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law sections survive termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VMAX Peptides, K&E Trading Limited, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your promotional content or activity, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law or platform policy, or any claim that your content infringes the rights of a third party.
We may modify these Terms, the commission rate, the holding period, the payout schedule, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Changes to commission rates or payout terms will be notified to your registered email address at least 14 days before they take effect and will apply only to Qualified Sales made after the effective date. All other changes take effect on posting to this page. Your continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change. If you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to terminate your participation.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with the documents referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and VMAX Peptides regarding the Program. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
