Payment Policy

This Payment Policy governs all payments made to K&E Trading Limited, trading as VMAX Peptides ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the website vmaxpeptides.com (the "Site"). This policy supplements and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Return Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. By submitting payment for any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Payment Policy in its entirety.

1. Overview & Acceptance

By submitting payment through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used, or have the account holder's express authorization to use it;
• All billing and payment information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
• Your purchase is for lawful in-vitro research and laboratory purposes only, in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Research Disclaimer; and
• The funds used are from a lawful source.

Receipt of payment does not constitute acceptance of an order. An order is accepted only when we issue a shipping confirmation. We may decline, hold, or cancel any order prior to shipment for any reason permitted under this policy, in which case a refund of the amounts you paid for the cancelled order shall be your sole and exclusive remedy.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept major credit and debit cards, processed through secure, PCI DSS–compliant third-party payment processors, as well as cryptocurrency payments. The payment methods displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase are the methods currently available.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify any payment method at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion. Payments are processed by independent third-party providers and may be subject to those providers' own terms and processing requirements. We do not receive or store full card numbers on our servers.

3. Currency, Pricing & Taxes

All prices on the Site are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless expressly indicated otherwise.

• Bank and conversion fees. Your card issuer or bank may apply currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or cross-border fees. These fees are solely your responsibility and are not refundable by VMAX Peptides under any circumstances.
• Pricing changes. Prices, discounts, and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical, technical, or data error, we may cancel the affected order — including after payment has been taken — and issue a refund of the amounts paid, which shall be your sole and exclusive remedy.
• Taxes. Where required, applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any other taxes, duties, or government charges that may apply to your purchase.

4. Payment Authorization & Verification

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes. Authorization may occur at the time the order is placed, with capture occurring at or after that time.

All transactions are subject to automated and manual fraud and risk screening. We may, at our sole discretion, request additional verification before processing or shipping an order — including confirmation of your billing details or proof of ownership of the payment method — and may hold the order while verification is pending. If requested verification is not completed within seven (7) days, we may cancel the order and refund the amounts paid. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our sole discretion.

5. Billing Descriptors on Your Statement

Before disputing any charge you do not recognize, please review your order confirmation email and match the descriptor and amount. If you are still unsure about a charge, contact us at Sales@vmaxpeptides.com before contacting your bank — most billing questions are resolved within one (1) business day.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

Where cryptocurrency payment is offered, the following terms apply:

• Exact amount, in time. You must send the exact amount specified, to the exact address provided, within the payment window displayed at checkout. Quotes expire when the payment window closes.
• Finality. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a payment is broadcast and confirmed on the applicable blockchain, it is final.
• Underpayments. If you send less than the required amount, the order may be held until the balance is received, or cancelled with a refund of the amount received less network and processing fees.
• Overpayments. If you send more than the required amount, the excess will, at our discretion, be issued as store credit or refunded less network and processing fees.
• Network fees and volatility. You bear all network, miner, and exchange fees and all exchange-rate volatility associated with your payment.
• Misdirected payments. Funds sent to an incorrect address, on an unsupported network, or in an unsupported asset are irrecoverable. VMAX Peptides has no liability for misdirected cryptocurrency payments.
• Refunds on crypto orders. Where a refund is approved on an order paid in cryptocurrency, it will be issued, at our election, as store credit or as a refund equal to the USD price paid at the time of purchase — not the current market value of the cryptocurrency sent.

7. Recurring Payments & Subscriptions

Where subscription purchasing is offered, the following terms apply in addition to the disclosures presented at checkout:

• Authorization. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis, at the price and delivery frequency stated at checkout, until you cancel.
• Renewals. Each renewal is processed automatically on its scheduled date. It is your responsibility to keep your payment details current.
• Price changes. We will notify you of any change to your subscription price before it takes effect, with the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing Sales@vmaxpeptides.com. To guarantee a renewal is not processed, cancellation requests must be received at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial periods are not pro-rated or refunded.
• Processed renewals. Renewal charges that have already been processed are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund & Return Policy or as required by applicable law.
• Failed renewals. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the charge and suspend or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be collected.

8. Declined & Failed Payments

An order is not processed until payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed. We are under no obligation to reserve inventory or hold pricing for orders with declined, failed, or incomplete payments, and we may cancel any such order without notice. Repeated payment failures, mismatched billing information, or suspected payment abuse may result in restriction or closure of your account.

9. Refunds & Payment Reversals

All refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In addition:

• Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the order. For orders paid in cryptocurrency, Section 6 applies.
• Please allow five to ten (5–10) business days after a refund is issued for it to appear on your statement. Posting times are controlled by your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.
• We do not issue refunds by cash, check, or any payment method other than the original.
• Where a discount or promotion was applied, refunds are limited to the amount actually paid.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback in any of the following circumstances is a material breach of this Payment Policy:

• Without first contacting us and allowing five (5) business days for resolution;
• For a charge whose descriptor is identified on your order confirmation as described in Section 5;
• For an order confirmed as delivered to the shipping address you provided;
• To circumvent, or after declining to follow, our Refund & Return Policy; or
• Where you provided false or misleading information in connection with the dispute.

We actively contest illegitimate disputes and will submit comprehensive evidence to the payment processor and issuing bank, including order and payment records, device and IP data, delivery confirmation and carrier tracking, all communications, and records of your acceptance of this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Illegitimate or fraudulent chargebacks may result in any or all of the following, at our sole discretion:

• Permanent closure of your account and a permanent ban from future purchases;
• Cancellation of any pending or unshipped orders;
• Forfeiture of any store credits, promotional balances, or loyalty rewards;
• Recovery of the disputed amount plus chargeback fees, administrative costs, and reasonable collection and legal costs, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law;
• Referral of unpaid balances to a third-party collection agency; and
• Reporting of confirmed fraudulent disputes to fraud-prevention services, payment networks, and law enforcement authorities.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory right you may have to dispute a genuinely unauthorized transaction.

11. Fraud Prevention & Security

All transactions on the Site are encrypted in transit using TLS. Card payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant third-party processors, and we do not receive or store full card numbers. We use automated and manual fraud-screening measures on all transactions and may share transaction information with our payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement authorities for the purposes of preventing, investigating, or resolving fraud and payment disputes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in the actions described in Section 10 and in our Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Cancellation & Refusal of Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before shipment, including for suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions, pricing or product-description errors, inventory unavailability, failure to complete requested verification, or legal, regulatory, or payment-processing requirements. In the event of cancellation, a refund of the amounts paid for the cancelled portion of the order shall be your sole and exclusive remedy, and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall have no liability for any other loss or damage arising from the cancellation.

13. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VMAX Peptides shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from payment-processor or gateway downtime, errors, or outages; bank or card-issuer delays, holds, or declines; exchange-rate fluctuations in any fiat or cryptocurrency; fees imposed by third parties; or delays in the posting of refunds. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Payment Policy shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

14. Relationship to Other Policies

This Payment Policy operates in conjunction with and supplements the following VMAX Peptides policies, all of which are incorporated by reference:

In the event of any conflict between this Payment Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

15. Governing Law

This Payment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms & Conditions.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Payment Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Policy Updates

VMAX Peptides reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Material changes affecting active recurring payments will be communicated before your next renewal. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Payment Policy.
