By placing an order with K&E Trading Limited, trading as VMAX Peptides ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. However, processing times are estimates and not guarantees. VMAX Peptides reserves the right to extend processing times due to high order volume, inventory verification, quality control checks, payment verification, suspected fraud review, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by VMAX Peptides under any circumstances. Transit times are provided by the carrier and begin once the package has been picked up — not from the date of order placement. VMAX Peptides reserves the right to change carriers, shipping methods, or delivery estimates at any time without prior notice.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier and destination. VMAX Peptides reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
VMAX Peptides currently ships to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. VMAX Peptides reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address or region at our sole discretion.
If you are located outside the contiguous U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us to discuss options. Any arrangement is subject to VMAX Peptides' sole discretion.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. Our peptide products are packaged with appropriate insulation and temperature-protective materials intended to maintain product integrity during transit.
For orders containing temperature-sensitive compounds, we may include cold packs during warm-weather months. However, VMAX Peptides does not guarantee that packaging materials — including insulation and cold packs — will maintain specific temperatures throughout the entire transit period. Factors beyond our control, including ambient temperature, carrier handling, and transit duration, may affect product temperature during shipping.
All risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the buyer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier. Once a package has been picked up by FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier used by VMAX Peptides, the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier and the buyer. VMAX Peptides is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery that occurs after the carrier has taken possession of the package.
Title to all products transfers to the buyer at the point of carrier pickup.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. We are in the process of allowing you to track orders through our website.
VMAX Peptides is not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, or missing tracking updates provided by the carrier. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. VMAX Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer, and no refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for such orders. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order has shipped — contact us immediately at Sales@vmaxpeptides.com. Address changes are not guaranteed and are subject to processing status at the time of request.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Failure to report within this timeframe will constitute acceptance of the shipment and waive any claims against VMAX Peptides.
VMAX Peptides may, at our sole discretion, investigate the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or issue a refund. We are under no obligation to replace or refund any shipment, and any resolution is provided as a courtesy, not an entitlement. VMAX Peptides reserves the right to require photographic evidence of damage, a signed statement, or other documentation before considering any claim.
We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the outer packaging, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
VMAX Peptides is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are reported as stolen or missing. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier's tracking system, VMAX Peptides' responsibility for that shipment ends. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery if package theft is a concern in your area.
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one available to receive the package), the carrier will typically make additional attempts or leave a notice. Packages returned to VMAX Peptides due to failed delivery, refusal to accept, or unclaimed status will be reshipped only at the customer's expense. VMAX Peptides reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery. If no claim of damage, defect, or shortage is reported to VMAX Peptides within 7 calendar days of delivery, the shipment will be deemed accepted in full and in satisfactory condition. No claims will be accepted after this period.
VMAX Peptides is not responsible for any product degradation, contamination, loss of potency, or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions after delivery. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to store all products according to the recommended conditions listed on the product page and/or packaging.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Sales@vmaxpeptides.com. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further options.
VMAX Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion — including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or failure to verify payment. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. VMAX Peptides shall not be liable for any additional damages resulting from order cancellation.
In the event that VMAX Peptides ships an incorrect item, incorrect quantity, or defective product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will, at our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement, issue a refund, or provide store credit. In all cases, VMAX Peptides' liability for shipping errors shall be limited to the value of the affected product(s) and shall not extend to any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
While we make every effort to ensure timely processing and delivery, VMAX Peptides is not liable for any delays, failures, or disruptions in shipping caused by, including but not limited to: carrier delays or service interruptions, severe weather or natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, government actions or regulatory holds, labor disputes or strikes, supply chain disruptions, power outages or system failures, acts of terrorism or civil unrest, or any other events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of significant delays, VMAX Peptides will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers but is under no obligation to do so. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
By placing an order with VMAX Peptides, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VMAX Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use, handling, storage, or disposal of any products purchased from VMAX Peptides; any violation of this Shipping Policy or our Terms & Conditions; any misuse of products, including but not limited to human or animal consumption; or any third-party claims related to your purchase or use of our products.
This Shipping Policy and any disputes arising from or related to shipping of products by VMAX Peptides shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms & Conditions.
VMAX Peptides reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is the buyer's responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website and placement of orders after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If any provision of this Shipping Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
