Description

AOD-9604 is a 16-amino-acid analogue of the C-terminus of human growth hormone (hGH 176-191), engineered to isolate the fat-metabolising domain without the somatogenic and diabetogenic effects of full-length hGH.
Mechanism: Stimulates lipolysis and inhibits lipogenesis through a non-receptor-mediated pathway distinct from classical GH signalling, leaving IGF-1 levels unchanged.
