Description
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper(II) complex of Glycyl-Histidyl-Lysine, isolated originally from human plasma.
Mechanism: Modulates expression of over 4,000 genes – many returning aged dermal fibroblasts to a younger transcriptional profile. Activates antioxidant defense (NRF2 pathway), stimulates collagen and proteoglycan synthesis, and accelerates wound closure.
Research findings: Decades of dermatology research document accelerated wound healing, anti-inflammatory effects, hair-follicle stimulation, and skin remodelling. Reference compound in copper-peptide and dermal regeneration research.
Handling: Lyophilized peptide. Store sealed at -20°C for long-term stability or 2-8°C short-term. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water or 0.6% acetic acid as appropriate to the molecule.
For research purposes only. Not for human consumption. This material is intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and preclinical research applications conducted by qualified personnel.
