GH Stack – CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

Description

GH Stack pairs CJC-1295 (GHRH analogue) with Ipamorelin (ghrelin receptor agonist) for paired-pathway GH-release research.

Mechanism: GHRH activity sets the amplitude of each somatotroph pulse; ghrelin-receptor activity sets the frequency. The combination drives a larger, more physiological GH waveform than either single peptide.

Research findings: Combination GHRH + GHS protocols are a standard reference in GH-axis amplification research. Reported in pharmacology literature to elevate IGF-1 within physiological bounds while preserving feedback regulation.
