Description
CJC-1295 (without DAC), also called Modified GRF 1-29, is a 30-amino-acid analogue of the active fragment of growth hormone releasing hormone.
Mechanism: Four amino-acid substitutions resist enzymatic degradation by DPP-4 while preserving GHRH receptor activity on pituitary somatotrophs, driving pulsatile growth hormone release.
Research findings: Reported in research literature to elevate GH and IGF-1 within physiological pulses without disrupting endogenous pulsatility. Frequently studied alongside ghrelin-mimetics for synergistic pulse amplification in GH-secretagogue research.
Handling: Lyophilized peptide. Store sealed at -20°C for long-term stability or 2-8°C short-term. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water or 0.6% acetic acid as appropriate to the molecule.
For research purposes only. Not for human consumption. This material is intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and preclinical research applications conducted by qualified personnel.
